How do I spend my down time: beach with kids or camping at bazley or time at midmar dam  in the midlands with the family: outdoors!!! Always in fresh air!
Importance of the EADP to me: EADP will be the first time in my life I have ever had treatment for myself. Being a physio myself I always self remedy which is not the same and never take advice I give my patients. I never get massage myself but spend all day doing it. I never treat niggles and injuries properly and often run tired and worn out with not enough time spent putting back into my body what long distance running takes from it. I am so looking forward to seeing the difference this will make to my training and races.
Favourite drink: lime and soda! Boring old runner!
